I have a feeling that after this game these national TV analysts will have no problem pronnouncing the name Yovani Gallardo.

You make a good point Bucky. The Phillies made it to the playoffs last year and this year the expectations are to make it to the next round. Just getting to the playoffs was really not their goal at the start of the season so the pressure is all on them to win. That is not to say that the Brewers didn't have dreams winning the World Series coming out of Spring Training, but let's be honest, just making it to the playoffs is a giant accomplishment. Besides maybe the White Sox, the Brewers exhaled the longest after clinching.

I'll be hiding in the northwest corner of New Mexico, in a house that the company I work for owns. I will buy a twelve back of Schlitz, turn on TBS and boot up my laptop to Brewerfan.net. Repeat for Thursday. On Friday I will quietly make the two hour drive to Albuquerque and spend 8 hours in travel to Milwaukee where chaos will follow.

You should probably talk to this guy.

I've been closely monitoring the ticket prices on stubhub.com and they seem to go up in price everytime I look. Infield Box for Saturday have gone up about $200 a ticket in the last week. I know it's not within a lot of peoples budget to spend that kind of money on playoff tickets, but consider that the prices will likely continue to go up as supply goes down. And good luck to everyone looking. Also, don't rule out eBay and craigslist. I got a great deal on World Series tickets last year going through a desperate seller I found on craigslist. EDIT: I wouldn't recommend counting on a scalper if you're looking for a good deal. That might work for regular season tickets, but for the playoffs scalpers have the high demand in their favor.

It's not just you. It froze up right before Cameron's AB for me. If I had to pick one time for this not to happen...........I can't be too mad though since I'll watch the replays all night on SC.

Prime example of Hart's lack of patience in this game against the Cubs. Hardy walks on four straight balls and then Hart comes up with the bases loaded to swing and miss at three straight pitches out of the zone. Then Counsell comes to bat and has the presence of mind to take a walk on the next 4 pitches to drive in a run. Hart's not Estrada impatient, but let's at least take 1 pitch when the batter before you walks on 4 straight balls.

I just had Chinese food yesterday also and the fortune I got said, "Treat someone to flowers". I'm going to treat myself to flowers if the Brewers pull off a win today. If ever there was a must win game for the Brewers in the last 25 years it has to be this one. Go Brewers.

Benny giving the Brewers 200 IP this year is a big reason they are in the position that they are in. Like Jenkins, he's been there through thick and thin and has never really complained. He is a class act and deserves a Jenkins like sendoff and then some for what is likely his last regular season game as Brewer.

Paul, I will send you a pm, but if anyone else has any tickets available to any of the possible home playoff games, let me know. I'm looking for two. If the Brewers make the playoffs I'll be flying into Milwaukee from Montana and my dad will be flying in from Florida and meeting me. We've been talking about doing this for about 3 years now and hopefully it finally happens. I'll get my tickets from a broker if not from someone on BF.net, but I'd rather get them from a fellow BF.netter.

The publisher of Ghostbusters, Activision, is no longer planning on publishing this game so as of right now the game is cancelled. There are rumors that Sony is going to buy the rights to publish which would probably make this game exclusive to the PS3 and PSP. It also means the game isn't going to be released any time soon. Stay tuned. I'm having a fun time with the new Viva Pinata on the Xbox 360. I'm not sure if it's available on the Wii, but I highly recommend picking it up. It's a lot like the first game, but with some upgrades, tweaks and new pinatas.

Hmm......for all these years I've followed a non-contending team to the bitter end. I won't make it any different this year.

I enjoy eating as much as the next guy, but I never used to watch the Food Network. It's all changed now. It's amazing the new TV I've discovered since switching to HD
