    Whataburger and Lotaburger are two of my favorite places. Despite all the Sonics love, I've never been too impressed with them. Pita-Pit is pretty good when you're drunk hungry at 3am and need a delivery. Cheap too.

    Those commercials are horrible. I'm not sure what demographic they're going for, but it definitely ain't mine and I watch the X-games.

    I don't think Soto will be able to dissect Benny more than he could by watching tape of him.

    Congrats to Ben. I wonder if Sheets' recent 11 strikeout performance against the Rockies and Hurdle helped his cause a little bit? I think Volquez has been the hands down best starter in the NL this year so far, but as mentioned above with him and Lincecum pitching recently the duties fell to Sheets. Dan Haren would have been a fair choice as well IMO. I am really excited to watch him pitch.

    I thought it was a good list, but comparing Patterson to anyone on my favorite team has me in denial. And Mota and Gagne need to be released. I don't care how much of the payroll is invested in them, I'm convinced we can get at least the same production from DiFelice/Pena/McClung and likely better.

    It really does seem like we have the bottom of the order coming to bat in the ninth if we are trailing.

    I heard on the radio after Bush's last start that Yost hinted at platooning McClung and Bush with McClung starting on the road and Bush at home. If this ended up being the case, how do you handle each of them in between starts where their counterpart is starting? Do you use them as a sort of long relief in between starts? It seems to me to be a good way to get two decently performing starting pitchers out of their routine. I would be all for pushing McClung back to the pen and sending Mota to the DL or giving him the ol' DFA.

    Spore looks to be a great game if it can live up to all the hype that's been around it for so long. Ghostbusters should also be a fun one. Anything with Harold Ramis attached to it has to be pure gold. Fallout 3 and Fable II are going to be good also. Banjo-Kazzoie and Gears of War 2 get honorable mention as well.

    At least Microsoft has taken responsibility for their screw-up and offered the 3 year replacement plan. I just bought a Sony Walkman mp3 player after my second iPod died due to battery problems. I swore I would never again be hasseled by some Apple customer rep. half way around the world asking me to cut Apple a check for their defect.

    Rickie's got an OBP of .322 this year. I don't care what MLB team you're leading off for, that is not good. You have to think he'll at least improve a little bit on that by the end of the year. The most frustrating losses are those from defense and/or the bullpen. As frustrating as they are, I still get a certain comfort from losing by one run than by 10.

    I don't think Seattle will part with Bedard right now. They gave up a lot to get him and his value is at a low point right now. Seattle would be smarter to get him rehabed, pitch him the rest of the season and trade him an the offseason.

    I started a list in my head of movies that I thought would be acceptable for the young-uns, but then realized that they were all pretty rough. Fatherhood is pretty far off for me and I just realized I have absolutely no sensitivity.

    My launch Xbox (waited in line for 12 hours) lastest over 2 years with no problems when I sold it on eBay to upgrade to one with the Falcon chip and an HDMI port. I refuse to believe that so many Xbox's have produced the RROD. I wonder what the exact percentage of failures is? The friend that I waited in line with at launch still has his working launch Xbox.

    I guess you can get pulled over for only going 5 mph over the speed limit.
