Bill keeps saying that Coco's fastball hasn't been an issue all year but it seemed to me that he lost at least a few MPH the month before the AS break and really needed a break.

 

That being said, he sure looks great since the break.

The bullpen has been fantastic lately. Major props to Cordero and the setup men. One run leads are not easy to keep.

Had a few too many LOB, but it is good to win them with only one HR for a change. We didn't rely quite as much on the long ball tonight.

wow, I'm starting to have visions of a sweep. Davis vs Cappy could be scary for the bullpens. And it's hard to get nervous on Thursday with Yo out there

We had many missed opportunities, but still managed to win the game. The bullpen was excellent, and I'm thinking that Graffy should take a few more starts from Weeks. Huge win that adds a game to our lead with the Cubs losing.

We got waxed 22-13 at our softball game tonight, but it was alright once I heard the Brewers won again, and only needed 3 runs to do so.

 

Nice job, I see Shouse even got another scoreless inning in there.

 

Excellent work and now I'm jacked to go to the Cappy vs. DD matchup tomorrow.

Just got home from the game. Amazing atmosphere and it was pretty sweet when the Cubs score became final, there was a slight cheer in the field level right field bleachers. I love the atmosphere in that area, and everyone seemed into it the whole time.
