3/31/08 Brewers (Sheets) at Cubs (Zambrano): 1:20 PM CDT

[owbc]

Fit of rage over, fortunately no damage done. Going to clean up the mess now.

Sidenote: looks like Gagne has control of his stuff now...it's not to late to win the game.

[JrDave2304]

Oh come on. Don't start blaming Ned for this one.

[jazzytrav]

Nicely done Gagne, bringing that ERA down to a respectable 40.50

[adamb100]

This wasnt Yost's fault, it's gagnes.

[jordanmuehl]

If Felix Patterson would have just beaten us with that bomb, I would have retired to my room to cry for the rest of the night.

[iluvlamp]

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

[olliegjw]

I want to shoot Ned Yost in the face. Takes the bat out of Prince's hands, doesn't get his wild RP out of the game, nor does he bring in his LOOGY. Honestly? What's the point of having faith in this moron? I spent all offseason telling myself to give him the benefit of the doubt and that I need to relax.

Ned Yost is a MORON.

You do know that both the guy on base, and Prince scored that inning. And if one walk is wild, the team would go through a lot of pitchers in each game.

[Vgmastr]

Ugh, what was that?

[Schlitz001]

...it's not to late to win the game.

among other things.....good point.

[Harold Hutchison]

Nope... Opening Day jitters for Gagne...

But yeah, this one's gotta be won in the tenth...

[PaulRigdon]

cub fans are so annoying. Any ball hit to the outfield is a homerun to them.

[JrDave2304]

Why did Prince not step on the bag? Why wasn't Gagne there?

[ReverendBrewmeister]

Oh, for crap's sake.

[And That]

STEP ON THE BAG!!!!!

It's posts like these that make me think a lot of posters on this site are wildly biased and aren't fair in their attacks on Yost. Melvin's bank breaker f-ed this game up.

[jazzytrav]

Who is injured?

[sheethead]

Ned Yost is a MORON.

Ouch. I mean, I totally agree with you, but its only going to get worse you know.

Wow, its almost like they are trying to pack a whole season's worth into one game.

[marquettefan13]

All he had to do was touch the bag - ugh!

[moofnelson]

Is this game in a rain delay and FSN is show "lowlights" from last year?

[Schlitz001]

Wow, Prince is losing it. Anyone catch his reactions over at first?

[jordanmuehl]

This is feeling a little bit like the comedy hour. Definitely not what I wanted to see from the Brewers in a crucial situation in the ninth inning.

[brewizard]

Oh yeah. That's why I get an ulcer during baseball season.

I forgot it was the Brewers...

[crossface21]

I'm blaming that one on Gagne. He needs to be there on that.

[sheetswannabe]

stop the damn camera thing

[sweepscc]

We all better get used to his prima donna act.
