I believe that is two straight saves from Torres where he got them out 1-2-3. Did Gagne have a save where he got the opposing team out 1-2-3? I don't recall.

 

It's great to have a three game winning streak, and all that, but can the Brewers give their fans a blow out just once more this season. This season has doubled my collection of gray hairs.

Suppan's ERA is now at 3.93. I know ERA doesn't tell the whole story but it is nice to have another starter with an ERA under 4. It is especially impressive considering 6 and 8 runs in two starts to balloon his ERA

Jones is a career 310 hitter and Texeria is a career 285 hitter. Not worth putting a man on for

I'm going to disagree with you on this because it might have won us this game. 25 points higher in BA over a span of a career is pretty significant.

Suppan has had a few clunkers this year, but for the most part he has been real solid. He could easily have 6-7 wins, I think.
