yeah, I did too, especially when the players came out and whooped it up with the fans. I sense a new tradition.

 

It just makes me really wishful for the same thing to happen to the Brewers next year (or sometime again in my lifetime!)--that's what makes my eyes well up.

This is the one series where I have no rooting interest. I guess I can't stand Maddux, so I'm pulling for the Mets tonight. Of course, I hate Bill Plaschke, Grady Little, and Ned Colletti, too, but LoDuca is one of my least favorite players. Of course, the McCourts, are horrible, too.

 

It's a tough call.
