The reason I was asking whas it seems his pitch count alwasy get so hight early and doesn't last more than 6 innings.

Exactly. But during those 6 innings, he can be dominant. That's why I said he needs to learn to trust his stuff a little more and stop nibbling. Once he does that and hitters get themselves out, he will last longer and become dominant for 7-8 innings.

Wow. People are pretty optimistic about Gallardo. Wish I could share that thought. He's been pretty dreadful this year. I'm hoping he can finish strong, but right now he's pretty bad. Seems like everything is up every time he pitches.

Bernie is gone because of the Where's Bernie? promotion. You can find info on at at brewers.com, but it's basically that mini bernies with prizes on them are being left at county parks, and bernie is leaving clues on twitter. So, to keep up with the story, Bernie isn't there until it ends Tuesday. That's why guests are taking over.
