So could you.....I have every right to vent as anyone. I'm not happy right now.....sorry.

If you want to vent, start by saying things that make sense.

You knew this loser bunch didn't stand a chance when they were all over themselves after game 4 going on about "at least we got it back to Miller Park" etc..etc. They had no intention or urgency to win game 5 and it showed.

It's a loser mentality and it starts at the top.
You could go away. That would help me cope a little bit tonight.

Your venting might get more sympathy here had you decided to show up more regularly than just tonight. Otherwise it just looks trollish.

Sure. But if you think Roenicke hasn't been clearly outmanaged by LaRussa this series, I very much disagree.
Of course he has. Badly. But the root cause was bad pitching and defense.
Agreed

Seriously man, do you just have those lined up for every potential situation? They all fit so well.
I was praying I'd get a chance to use this one during the series. One of my all-time favorites.

one run each inning - not bad. But at some point, they need to stop scoring and we need a crooked number.
Stop STL from scoring, and a win's still possible. I'm still amazed at how many 0-1 run innings have been put up by the Brewers in the playoffs, when there was opportunity for multiple runs.

What I don't understand about this series is that it seems that the Brewers had no idea how to pitch to the Cardinals. And, when what they were doing didn't work, they continued doing it.

The Brewers are staying just close enough to give me some hope; but deep down I know it just ain't happening.

I still consider it to be a pretty awesome season; crappy ending notwithstanding. It will hurt for a bit but in about a week I will be eager to get the World Series over with so the Hot Stove season can begin.

Not going to vent - I understand BF.net's policy on that. I am just going to make an observation.

Anyone else wonder if Shawn Marcum was channeling Jeff Suppan from September until tonight? What happened to him? Seriously, if he was hurt or just got the dead arm why was he allowed to continue pitching all of these games? Just leaving that out there.

Still only 6th inning, there is a window but it's closing quickly. Come on guys, let's see a comeback. I don't want to feel the pain I felt 29 years ago again.

The brewers issues have all shown this series, and prince is thinking about the Money.

Pretty sure you can't come remotely close to proving the second part, but feel free to speculate.

Didn't you turn the game off like 10 minutes ago?
