Saw Melvin and Ash grabbing their good luck lunch at Panda Express today, so we should be all good!

Dodgers need to beat the crap out of the Cardinals this weekend. Brewers need them to win at least 2.

We miss R.A. Dickey this weekend, so that's a plus.

Also, McCalvy just said on MLB Network that Hart got fitted for orthotics for his arch this week, but they haven't arrived as expected yet, so RR is hoping he can be back in the lineup tomorrow.

Great, a another opponent lefty gets to face Ishikawa. And anyone who wants to offer up a one game sample as evidence for why I shouldn't worry about it... please don't.

Last game I attended was Wolf's last start, when they lost 8-0. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I haven't attemded a game until today. Opps! At least it is early and they have a couple on.....

I came to read the responses to the double contact play failure. I'm disappointed.

I'm following on Gameday and the only thing I know is that it went from 4-3 Mets to 4-2 Mets

Ground-rule double with runners on 1st and 2nd. Both scored easily, hence the 4-3 score, but the runner from 1st (Gomez) had to go back to 3rd.

The mets scored 9 runs in their last 6 games and they put up a 6 spot against Fiers and Parra.

I hate not having a decent lefty in the pen. Mets are just stacked with lefthanded hitters.

I'm ready to DFA Parra. He's useless.

Parra has a lifetime 5.06 ERA. Why the heck are we still sending this guy out there?

ERA can be misleading, however, the lifetime WHIP of 1.63 is truly impressive......

Maybe we can make up a hacking mass equivalent for Relief Pitchers and call it the Parra mass.....

Yeah, that was the kind of ball that was finding a hole in the Braves series. Can't have that good of luck forever.

Yikes...after today, it's probably best that you stay home the rest of the season.
