That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

Post August 1, I want Flores released or sent down if he has options. Least favorite Brewer i think. No power, 95% of his contact is weak grounder to right side. Pedestrian speed.

The Brewers have 11 games left against the Pirates this season and the Brewers have a chance to get to 100 wins in 8 years against the Pirates. The Brewers would need to win the next 8 assuming they win this game against the Pirates. Possible? I think so since 8 of the 11 are in Milwaukee and the Brewers have a record of 54-16 in that 8 year span at home against the Pirates.

I hope that we never see these uniforms again. They just scream losing and irrelevance.

The Brewers actually weren't that bad with these uniforms.

Keon has been productive over the past couple of days. I think he's been sent up and down so much that he's forgotten that he's in the Majors.

I'm not fond of these uniforms. Using them on an occasional retro night is cool, but I don't want to see them very often.

JV is 2-0!
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

I hated these uniforms but kind of liked them tonight. Agree, very limited basis. Really was impressed by the hitting tonight. Loved the Broxton triple! Fun win.

Yeah, the cap logo was a little much. They switched it out for a simpler one during the last part of the uniform's lifespan.

The Brewers' logos are listed twice due to their move to the National League. Caps for 1997 and 1998-1999 are identical.

If you follow the link two posts above and scroll down, you'll see that the lettering in the jerseys was also toned down from 1997–1999.
