So Guerra's 1st inning goes rocket to 2nd for an out. 4 pitch walk. Rocket to 1st that's caught for a double play. All while barely touching 90.

Second inning for Guerra was not much better.

The best pitch from Guerra in this game that produces the weakest contact is a run and a double. Baseball, man.

I do not get replay unless there was an angle I didn't see which is entirely possible because our cameras for the most part suck.

I think the Guerra shine has worn off and we may be seeing exactly what he really is... It was a nice ride while it lasted, but I wish we would have been able to trade him when he had a little bit of value.

I hope he proves me wrong in the future.

His command is just not there.....walking way too many....behi,d in the count almost all the time....missing badly with his fastball.....he's been very lucky

How dumb is Hurdle to intentionally walk a batter that has two strikes on him already? I get that the pitcher is up next but I'll take my chances on getting a fairly bad hitter out that already has two strikes on him.

Thought the same exact thing and was coming to post about that.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

When they do that I just think to myself, how do I get an interview to become a manager?

Looking like another gem of a home stand. So much for making ground against the easy part of the schedule.

Nice edit. :tongue

Can't believe anyone caught that. :laughing

We can complain about Guerra but he gave his team a chance today. The offense is pitiful.
