It'd sure be nice to just pound the snot out of the ball tonight and win by 8-10 runs and have a nice stress free night of beating a team we should beat.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Yesterday sucks but we don't need to go undefeated in Sept, we need to win series. So today is a must win to give a realistic path to the playoffs that doesn't involve us needing to go 9-1 in our last 10 games or something like that

One area of depth the Brewers sorely need improvement on is announcers.

Any time Craig Coshun or Jerry Augustine is talking on television, I die a little inside.

Matt Lepay was some solid bench depth that they've added, but we need a solid 3rd-string play-by-play guy who can tell the difference between left and right field. A backup color guy who can say three words without stuttering would also be nice.

Davies is chasing a pretty impressive stat.. consecutive innings on the road without surrendering an earned run. hasnt allowed one since July 6th

Davies has an outside shot at 20 wins also. I'm guessing he has five more starts including tonight to get four more wins. And I believe 18 is the franchise record so 19 would be nice too. Of course, the offense actually has to score for that to happen so the odds are against him.

what are you talking about they have 3 pitchers who have had 20+ wins in a season. Caldwell, Colborn and Teddy Higgy

Broxton is going to break a jaw shortly.

Milwaukee would be the perfect place to do it. Memories of Steve Sparks and phone books.

I can't believe they're saying it shouldn't be an error. I don't blame him, he hasn't played much. But the ball hit him in the glove. clearly an error
