Man, I'm so used to our pitchers having rough first innings lately that I saw the first batter of the game was on second base and thought, "Here we go again."

Never noticed this before, but Arcia wears his cap over his ears. Not sure if I've ever seen any player do that. Seems very weird and uncomfortable.

Pedro Alvarez always did too.

Really glad the Brewers added a relief pitcher. Now maybe they won’t have to use position players as often to finish after the starters put the game out of reach.

Uhhh... he’s been okay as a Brewer so far. Might wanna hold off until he actually, ya know, sucks it up a bit longer than one inning.

Did anyone honestly think he was an excellent pickup? I remember a lot of "blahs" and "NOOOOOO's" when they signed him.

I don't understand why opposing teams even pitch strikes to Thames. Just throw it at his eyeballs. He will swing with not very good results.
