I'm ready for the game to start now...
Remember what Yoda said:

"Cubs lead to Cardinals. Cardinals lead to dislike. Dislike leads to hate. Hate leads to constipation."

Can’t hold the ball too long in the pocket today against this defense. Hopefully they plan on a lot of quick throws today or Rodgers is going to take a lot of hits.

Lazard should have a big day with quick throws. I'd imagine Bosa will line up more over Bulaga's side and wreak havoc.

I'd take the 49ers today with the only caveat being if the Packers created a fumble turnover in 49er territory and scored a TD moments later.

Well the opposite happened within 2mins in the game. Game over. Senseless penalty. Terrible 3rd down turnover. Going to be a super long night watching this blowout.

They’ve come out and punched us in the face. Wonder if we will fold.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Going back to that fumble, really stupid play from Rodgers. Completely under siege and that play is not getting a first down. He's got to turtle and punt there, not fight to stay on his feet to get hit by four guys.

Allison does not have good hands.

He's terrible. He offers nothing. He doesn't get separation, he's not fast and he doesn't have good hands. The fact that he sees as much playing time as he does is indicative of how bad our receiving corps is.

Allison is just odd. There was a time where he looked to become the next diamond in the rough, and then got hurt and just never seemed to get back on track. He may not play in the NFL again after this season.

Completely agree. These are the games that our lack of playmakers outside of Jones/Adams usually comes out.

I could be making this up but just going from memory it really feels like the Packers get into this trap very often of starting every drive from the 10 while the other team starts at midfield. Especially in the first half. Just seems like I've seen it a bunch this year.

Anyone else think Sunday night football had replaced Monday night priority wise?

I find myself watching on Sunday nights no matter who is playing but seldom on Monday.

Packers getting no help lately.

The margins at the top in the NFC are ridiculously tight. Packers could lose today and then conceivably need to win next week to avoid falling out of playoff position entirely. But if they win tonight they’re in pole position. This is going to be tense.

How? The Packers pretty much can't miss the playoffs at this point. They'd almost surely have to lose 7 games and stand a shot of getting in even if they do that.

Good call—misread the standings. My bad.
