What a joke, can’t score a guy from second and no outs. I refuse to believe this team is an actual force in the long run. The offense is depressing and the roster is loaded with pathetic hitters. When the pitching becomes human we better hope the offense goes on a tear or losses will pile up like you wouldn’t believe.

Man, I thought Neris was worn down and we were going to pull that off (25% WE)

Tough one to lose with a horrible pitching matchup tomorrow.
Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

There’s no question that the pitching will not be as good as it has been to date.

If they can keep Wong, Cain, Yelich, and Narvaez in the lineup on a regular basis, the offense should be better. They do have to fill that black hole at first base.

We are a decent first baseman and health away from being just fine.

Hopefully Zach Green tears the cover off the ball in Nashville starting this week. Really could use a righty power bat in this lineup. Chad Spanberger is down there as well, but he's a lefty batter, which is a little redundant with Vogelbach and McKinney around.

I could get behind with McKinney and Green on a platoon with a DFA of Vogelbach. At the worst, we should have better defense.

Doubt Vogelbach is going anywhere as long as Hiura is down.

Four is the magic number for the crew. If they give up four or more they're likely to lose.

4 and 10 in games they give up four runs or more.

Then he (Vogelbach) needs to hit better than a buck seventy two.

They also could use something more than brief moments of competence from Garcia and JBJ. Having 1B and RF as the weak spots in the lineup is ridiculous.
