Castillo throws 5 balls out of the strike zone to Garcia and he swings at 4 of them.
Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

This is what makes the Brewers offense so frustrating.

The Brewers offense is so frustrating because the have too many s hitty hitters.

Jace looks pretty athletic there, unlike the alligator armed miss at first

No team has more guys up in big situations that you feel have zero chance to come through. It is incredible how many times Bradley or Hiura or Yelich or Pina come up with me on base and you just fel like on to the next inning we go. Frustrating.

Woodruff for the 6th, with 97 pitches before the inning starts?

I thought we were saving the arms of our big 3, but instead we are going to abuse them?

Doesn't make any sense, none.

Not like Counsell at all.

Why send him out for 2 batters? If he goes out let him pitch the inning with the bases clear.

Woody is pissed.

You'd think CC would have had that conversation with him before sending him out for the 6th, right?

But when you sign the type of guys DS does every off season, what does anyone expect??

A first place team, apparently?

You think they keep winning with this poor of an offense?? Look how frustrated everyone is every night in the game threads over the lack of offense. Everyone knows they are having the year they are mostly on the back of their Pitching. The hitting and pitching splits bear that out. IF they make the playoffs, I'd say it was a lot of luck and smoke and mirrors and NOT an offense that can contend when they get to the playoffs. I for one, don't want a team that is doing things with smoke and mirrors. Imagine how many more games they could have/would have won this year with any semblance of offense. How big would their lead be??

Probably didn't want Boxberger facing Votto and Naquin.

Go check the stats posted in the offense thread in the ML forum. The offense has been fine since the Adames trade. Those that are complaining are using an outdated view of things. Unsurprisingly.

Good bunt there by Yelich.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Watching Yelich hit is almost as painful as watching that stupid American Family Insurance commercial that he's in.
