2021-08-31: Brewers (Woodruff) at Giants (Cueto) [Brewers win, 6-2 -- Offense gets to Cueto early; Woodruff keeps rolling; Crew enters September with a 10 game division lead]

[phnxcrew]

Great game and pitching by woodruff, but man you have to figure the brewers stop getting owned by fringe major league lefties at some

Point. can we hire Doug Davis to just throw bp the rest of the year?

[yourout]

Walking guys with a 5 run lead is a bad idea.

[PinaMadness]

Throw strikes!!!!!

[yourout]

Get someone else up.

[Bulldogboy]

Trouble

[wibadgers23]

Let’s just walk everybody with a 5 run lead.

[ecjimg]

Weird delivery with that pause after a high leg kick

[AKCheesehead]

I admit I suck at knowing balks but that looked like a balk.

Time out was called first.

He does it every time before he comes set so it's alright.

[AKCheesehead]

I was talking about the first time he did that.

[yourout]

Why does a 5 run lead in the 7th feel so uncomfortable?

[AKCheesehead]

Interesting. This is my first time getting to watch Cousins.

[SomewhereInTime]

Just a crazy good pitch

[82brewcrew82]

gutsy rook

[yourout]

Glad that inning is over.

JBJ = Awful. Edited September 1, 2021 by wildcat2237

[sveumrules]

Jake Cousins now unscored upon in 20 of his 22 appearances.

36 of the 91 batters he has faced have struck out.

[yourout]

Nice quick inning.

[oldguy]

As bad as JBJ has looked. He was one of a few lately who did not strike out. Crew hs lost their focus at the plate.

I peeked in at a Giants board a little bit ago. Apparently Giants fans hate these uniforms as much as we do. I guess they only wear them on Tuesday home games, so they have that going for them.

[SomewhereInTime]

The rare throwing over to a player not covering a base balk. Correctly called.

[yourout]

Thats not a balk. If he sweep tags he might have been out.

[oldguy]

That's on Rowdy.

Look like a billboard for Gatorade.
