Rumor going around that Jalen Hurts broke his collar bone and is out for the year. No confirmation yet.

Edit: agent squashes that rumor

I'm going to adopt the Jags as my secondary team. They've really grown on me and Lawrence is going to be a stud for a long time.

I kinda like both NY teams. The Giants have those two massive bookend Tackles.

The Jets if they had Becton could be so much better. That dude makes the NFL look like the league with the little kids and then the one 7th grader with a neck beard who's a foot taller and 120 pounds heavier...goes around just mossing kids.

But he hasn't played in two years. IF he comes back though?

Carolina smoking Detroit is good for GB.

Any given Sunday

That might be the mother of all horseshoes that the Vikings have shoved up their butt this year.

Just makes it sweeter when they go one and done in the playoffs.

A Washington loss to niners would make it a perfect Saturday for the Packers win out playoff chances. But that is the key game today, a Wash win would be a big blow.

Mike Tomlin is stuck in 2005 with his coaching. Twice tonight he's passed on 4th and short or 4th and manageable in opposing territory and opted for a long FG attempt and he's paying for it.

This isn't kicking weather, coach, you oughta know.

Would have been an interesting ending if Carr wouldn't have missed that throw by about 10 yards to the inside.

I think Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers (plus some other QBs of the legendary run of elite QB play) gave the false impression that a QB slinging MVP caliber seasons into their mid-late 30s was easy.

Reality is…I’m not so sure that is really how things are and the Broncos might have just found out with Russell Wilson.

No his team isn’t helping him in a lot of ways and yah, a lot of those QBs had rough years in their 30s before rebounding. I can’t remember any of them being this bad though.

And just like that, Hackett is gone.

I'd take him back.  I think he brought a good ying to MLF's yang for our offense.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

I wouldn't be against that either. There are past coordinators better than he that washed out as head coaches. Sometimes you just don't have it.

Yes, being a HC is very different than being an OC.  Many more people aspects you need to manage and far fewer actual football duties.

But what's the point when you only have two games left? So your players have to adjust to a new person for two games which don't matter at all?
