I’m just going to watch the Yelich grand slam on repeat for the next hour, let me know if I miss anything.

Not just “at Night” anymore.

Great to see for yelich.  It’s a different team if you have a hitter to fear

Yelich home runs remain a thing of beauty… just so aesthetically perfect..

Yes for sure, that was just a beautiful swing and moment.  No one is probably happier than Yelich himself!

I hope this does something for his confidence going forward!  Might this be the catalyst for the rest of the season?

Not sure why you'd set up  smack dab in the middle of the strike zone but thanks.

Remember when we lost the trent grisham trade? Oh, those were the days! Although, I wouldn't mind trading lauer for a bat and making room for ashby/small. Also excited for urias to return and hopefully build on his breakout year.

To be fair, he was carrying a .390 OBP with almost no power whatsoever for the last year-ish, so it's fair for pitchers to challenge him and to stop nibbling around the edges and just pound the zone against him.

Did I just miss an entire half inning while getting that screen grab?

I would prefer to trade Ashby or Small for a bat

Some quick innings from Lauer tonight.  Seems Freddy is the only starter who wasn't able to find form in his second start.

Valid. I was thinking more in terms of team control and potential, which is huge for a small-market team like the brewers.

Lauer at 75 pitches, I'd definitely get another inning out of him as long as he's not laboring.  Bullpen had to do some work over the weekend with short starts by Freddy and Ashby.

Cain is amazing.  He never looks super fast or athletic, but someone smokes a ball to center and he makes those hard catches look so easy.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Never mind that he's way too freakin' old to be playing center at the level he does.
