Haha. Their commercial is all urban youth, hip hair cuts, local shops, surfing, and they put a grill on the unis; classic Brewers….no identity.

Wasn't vibing on the cap when that design leaked, but overall, this uniform is pretty fun. Definitely in the top tier of the City Connect unis.

I really like the hats...and I'm old.

Even though it's 100 degrees where I am, I kind of want one of the hoodies (though I'm sure it costs like $75 or something).

EDIT: Ooh, so close. $79.99.

I like the jerseys, especially the grill logo. The hat is a big meh. Anyway its not worth getting worked up either way for a jersey that the brewers will wear on home friday night games. Lets be honest, this is just a cash grab by Nike and the Brewers.

But if the brewers would release a polo with the grill logo, i'd probably buy it.

I like that the entire uniform is basically, "You know what Brewers baseball is all about: summer, beer, and tailgating."

I agree. In general the CC's that were released this year seem to have made a better effort to connect to the city. The bloom festival in DC, the space program in Houston, the beaches in Anaheim, the mountains in Denver and that KC is the city of fountains.  Last season, they seemed to just be alternative jerseys with little thought.

I actually like these jerseys. I think they are the best of the city connect jerseys thus far. My favorite part is the grill as well.

LAA and Houston are my 2 favorites. Maybe these are 3rd. Everything is subjective though.

These weren't made with the intent of appealing to me, so if others like them and the Brewers can make a few dollars appealing to a different audience, then good for them.

I think the jersey is fine.  The grill logo is superb, and the color and font and Brew Crew are all ok.

I think the cap is a mess.  It looks like a subway map with intersecting train lines.

I like that they're selling a variety of clothing with these images, including some in royal blue instead of just powder blue.

Because all teams are doing this, it has much less of an organic feel to it, but I'm not sure how a billion dollar industry could really do it any other way.

Considering how hideous some of the other ones have been I find these to be pretty bland and boring. Not that they're bad necessarily but I was expecting gaudy. Overall it seems like a real lazy effort though. The only real "connection" to the city is the grill, which is probably more of a Wisconsin thing than a Milwaukee thing. And they used the same font for the name and numbers on the back as the current uniforms and I'm pretty sure just about every other team got a new one.

I like this first shirt from the merchandise options, but found the sweatshirt interesting since it has a cooler that reads “Brewed in Milwaukee Wisconsin” that apparently didn’t make the cut for the uniforms. D7D70C74-9133-4BE3-A8CC-50C42C49E09A.jpeg

Except that Anaheim is nowhere near the damn beaches.

And don't buy anything from Fanatics that isn't a major independent brand (Nike, Under Armour, etc.).  I've purchased four or five things from Fanatics of their private label stuff (Colosseum, etc.) and every one has fallen apart within 2-3 months of purchasing it.

My one [minor] gripe is the Brewers have introduced so many different shades of blue into their various color schemes over the years that there is little brand consistency.  In venue it looks like fans are rooting for multiple teams.

its all crap from Fanatics. I agree. I hate that they are now producing all the lockerrooom championship stuff. Thats something you would like to keep.

I see the color but not the font. I assumed it was an homage to the 80's brewers.

Is that Frank Crosetti?

Incorporating the grill is a cool idea. Other than that, I like the unis only if they win in them. Now if you'll excuse me, there's kids running around on my lawn.
