True, but have the Pads really proven anything either?

Padres have at least been good so far this year & the various projections think they are more legit than the Phils, playoff odds…

SDP: 538 (80%) | FanGraphs (84.5%) | BPro (96.4%)

PHI: 538 (30%) | FanGraphs (32.5%) | BPro (54.1%)

I think the Brewers scored more runs in that first inning than they did the entire divisional series last year.

Tellez has now driven in 6 of the 8 runs the Brewers have scored in their last 4 plus games against the Braves.

Strider certainly made them look pretty foolish.

Yep, I'd imagine he gets another inning after that.

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

That'll make the highlight reel.

I hate seeing those liners off the pitchers’ feet.

First Woodruff last week and now this one.

First game listening in radio this year. Really makes me miss the days of Ueker and Powell. Man, what a combo those guys were.

So I thought rosters after May 1 could only have 13 pitchers, but looking at the mlb GameDay it appears both teams have 14. What gives?

MLB made a last minute change to allow a maximum of 14 pitchers on the 26-man roster … I believe through May

They changed it to the end of the month.

Looks like Tyler Thornburg is on the Braves, maybe we’ll see him at some point today or later this weekend.

Manny is on the DL currently, though I believe he is eligible for reinstatement. Was batting 143/235/143 in 17 PAs before hitting the shelf.
