Yankees may have lots of money and stars, BUT

Brewers will make them look funny and have them seeing stars!

Sweep the creeps!

Defy the odds ... make them look like clods!

They should just release Keston Hiura at this point. The way this guy has been treated all season by a team that can't hit is disgusting.

I guess it’s a power play by Counsell, forcing Stearns to trade Hiura this off-season. I wonder if the same thing happened when we destroyed Villar’s value by refusing to ever play him at shortstop, rather than just playing him there for a few weeks and then trading him.

Have you even bothered to compare their stats in September? My guess is not, because McCutchen has at least been competent, while Hiura has not. And that's with Hiura playing everyday up until this past week.

Just realized also that Urias is sitting tonight after an off day.  Over his last 30PA he has .350BA and 1.050 OPS.  I guess Jace couldn't DH and keep the hot Urias bat in the lineup

We all know that Hiura has not been given a fair chance this season but you apparently have no ability to disagree with any moves this team makes even when they are clear mistakes.

On the season as a whole, maybe not. But he was recently given the opportunity to start 12 games in 14 days and he did nothing with that opportunity, while McCutchen has at least provided some power. And it's interesting you make that accusation when I've been pretty vocal about how Stearns and co. erred by calling up Mitchell over Frelick. So, like with your failure to even look at this month's stats re. Hiura and McCutchen, you're being ignorant of reality.

Jace at DH would be stupid when he is among the league leaders in DRS at 3B....

My point was simply keeping a hot bat in the line up. Urias can DH too

Thanks for the clarification. Agreed, Urias would be a fine choice at DH rn.

Keston is not Ted Williams, we know that.  But he deserves a much better chance that he's gotten this year.  If he goes to another team next year, I'll be cheering for him. (Some exceptions may apply.)

I'm sick and tired of Houser constantly putting the team in an instant hole.

On a better team he would not be in the rotation. Or on a healthy team.

Not even remotely true just about every team has someone like Houser in the #5 spot in the rotation.
