Winker has undeniably been below replacement level without optimism for improvement.

On the other hand, our ‘replacement players’ are performing above replacement level. 🙂

Conclusion: Winker should be replaced.

In summary.   Winker is bad at baseball which is not bode well for player that plays baseball

I always liked the Phillies 70’s vintage powder blue uniforms.

Raises memories of a team I liked with Mike Schmidt, Larry Bowa, Steve Carlton, et al.

Adames isn’t Winker-bad yet but he’s up there. I almost expect a strikeout every AB.

Is Dillard seriously trying to tell us that in July the Brewers offense has produced “a lot of runs and a lot of hits”?

There must be a Kangaroo court clubhouse bet that the 1st guy to draw a walk today has to buy the team dinner tonight.  My goodness

Getaway day special. Swing early, get the game over, and get out of town.

Half of the game’s running time so far was in the replay review of the pickoff.

103 wRC+ this month and averaging 4.9 runs per game. The offense was really good from July 1st to the All-Star break

After the All Star Break counts too.

If he said the Brewers had been scoring a lot of runs before the break that would be something else again.
