The Cubs are crazy if they actually pitch Steele in this game.  He's already 54 innings over his previous high, to put him out there in a meaningless game is just asking for arm troubles.

Yeah, if he was still in the running for the CY at this point I guess I could see it, but even in a crowded NL field with no standout winner he should still finish behind all of Snell, Gallen, Wheeler, Strider and Webb

I expect this game, and many across MLB, to be completed in a bit over 2 hours.  Some games will be less than 2 hours, as players just want to get their vacation underway.

And Taylor is swinging a hot bat, vs both L & R. How CC decides to utilize him, Frelick & Mitchell in the post season will be interesting, as I suspect Canha is going to be out there pretty regularly.

For sure.  I just like to read sometimes what was being said when I am at the game, just to see what folks were saying. It just seem the thread shut down maybe a tech issue  All good, no stress here!

That's exactly how I feel when I haven't been able to follow the game, and go to check the score. As long as I don't look, they could have won. But as soon as I open that browser...
