That's not bad. We're plenty deep in all these areas right now. Devin coming back would be nice.

Man imagine if we had a healthy Woody right now? :)

Looks like they could easily transfer Mitchell and Clarke to the 60 day IL if they need any more pitching help in April or May not currently on the 40 man.

Christian Yelich (back) threw from up to 120 feet away before Monday’s game.

Yelich has also resumed throwing, and the ability to throw from a relative distance is another positive encouragement. This was initially viewed as a potential short-term stint on the injured list, but right now it seems likely that Yelich won’t be back until the early-to-mid portion of May.

Was Wiemer hurt badly today? Andruw Monasterio was a late scratch for AAA Nashville, so is probably heading to Chicago to join the Crew.

It definitely didn't look good. Not sure on severity but he seems like a lock to hit the IL. Have to imagine Monasterio was scratched for that reason.

Yelich update from McCalvy
“I’m doing a lot better. I’m getting there,” Yelich said.

Is there a chance he plays on this road trip?

“I’m hoping for it. That’s my goal,” Yelich said. “We’ll see whether or not it happens. We just have to keep the progression going in a good direction.”

We need Yeli back so badly. Good to see the minor league system getting a bit healthier with EBJ and Wilken back. Any news on Junis it seems like he should have been back by now (based on original injury report) but as far as I can tell still not close to rehab. No timeliness on Hall still?

Do we bring in just released Zach Davies to try a few starts given our elite defense?

He’s not missing a lot of bats with only 12 K in 21 IP at AAA-Omaha this year.

With the performance of the bullpen of late, it just might make sense to move Hall to bullpen duty. Historically, he has pitched much better out there and so far has been a disappointment starting. I know that SP has been a major weakness this year, but there is no point trying to fit a round peg into a square hole.
