Well Houston has been bad, Miami terrible, and NY just mediocre, so combined with the peripherals hopefully we bust out the bats.

The Cubs won’t get by us

‘cause

We have Tobias!

Those who say otherwise are liars
and
Insult Mr. Myers!

As for Taillon,
His fans will be cryin!
As we pile on!

I think we've pitched pretty well recently, but I need verification of that, and there's only one way to provide it.

How many runs have the Yankees scored this week?

Seriously, Myers throws too many strikes at times, but that's better than the alternative, which is an inexperienced guy coming up here & nibbling, constantly 2-0, 3-1. How often can he throw his secondary stuff for strikes, and how well he can mix the other stuff in, is vital.

By the way, this is a reminder that if you don't see a game thread any time between midnight the night before and 10am the morning of the game, feel free to create one! I'm not lording over their creation, I just want them up relatively early in the morning so I do it most of the time.

You can't sweep them if you don't win today.  Just sayin'.

This is most certainly true … thought provoking!  🤔

I am so incredibly sick of seeing Dunn's name in the starting lineup.  Why are we platooning a top prospect with a AAAA player who only made the roster because of an injury?  Start Ortiz everyday!  I don't want to dislike Dunn, but him starting over Ortiz is turning him into my least favorite Brewer.

Hoskins better not screw up at first base today

He's looked better there than Black has in Black's two games.

You and I both know: that is definitively not saying a lot.😅

He's hitting .231 with an OPS of .599.  We put other guys out there who've performed much worse.

For comparison, the league average so far is .239 and .694.

I would rather see Donald "Duck" Dunn

Now instead of comparing him to the league average, compare him to the guy who is sitting on the bench in favor of him

Throwing too many strikes isn’t a problem for Myers today.

Bauers should be keeping his arm loose.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.
