Something about Justin Steele just makes the Brewers look confused up there.

Feels worth noting that this is Gasser's first start on 5 days rest which is the rest he's most used to. AmFam being packed probably helps as well, but his velo/stuff are both comfortably up so far.

I don't get it what is with the Cubs' starters that the offense just cannot crack. Sooner or later things would have to turn, you'd think.

I know we teed off on that lefty in the Pirates series but we just continue to struggle against them for the most part.

Lots of fastballs at 93-94 with plenty of the plate that they are just swinging through

Luckily so far this season the offensive funks have only been a few games in length  and they seem to snap back pretty well.
