With a small lead though, you're going to have someone throwing just in case it goes south in a hurry. I'd guess he gets at least one more, maybe 2, if he continues crusing. Then Megill to lock it down.

Could be nice break for the BP the last week or so too.  Off last Thurs, Blowout last Fri with long start. Blowout Sun.  7 inning start Mon.   Possible long start today.  Day off tomorrow.   They could use it

Maybe....at the same time the BP is rolling.  Perhaps a break will throw them off. Shrug.  Baseball is weird.

This is where the 3 hitter rule can bite a manager.

4 run lead so they try to save their closer, but when the first 2 get on it’s a save situation but they can’t make the change. So now the cushion is largely gone.
