I just got an alert from JS that we won.  So they might have super jinxed it.

I got that too.

Because I often watch games on the DVR on a little delay I was wondering if I was behind the live action.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Take him out.

Dumb decision to go to Yoho here anyway.

Huge game, not the time or place to try Yoho again.

Dumber decision to call Yoho up.

Huge series, not the time or place to try a rookie.

The Brewers answered my call to “Win One”.

Now they can move on to “Win the Series”.

That's why you send out one of the best pitching coaches in baseball to get back on track.

This seems like a lot of hairsplitting for a single managerial decision in a game the Crew won 8-4. You could make an argument either way, as both of you have done. Judgment call. Let’s rejoice in a win that didn’t look like a win half an inning in.

I made one of these flags.

My neighbor was a Cubs fan.

It used to drive him INSANE.

I would say to him, that W flag you got 6 years ago, still looks brand new. 🤣

Wow, new guy coming in hot!

Well done fine sir

It's World Series or Bust for me.

Won't be satisfied with, just making the playoffs.

Just got back from the game and Yoho almost blew the game for us and all I heard on this site is what a magician on the mound he is.  Murphy looked like he was ready to boot him in the ass.

I loved the flag at the game with CC silkscreened behind the L. 😂

Saw Murphy forego the traditional butt slap. He did look mad. Who could blame him?

I'm actually seeing Brewers fans lay off Cubs fans on Twitter...

Sad to see. I remember actually being a fan back when we hated the other Chicago team and constantly got into brawls with them and the Cubs were just generally bad.

Ryne Sandberg's passing is probably part of it.

... well...yeah, obviously. I think that's all of it. We find out Yount died, I'd HOPE most of them wouldn't troll us on Twitter.

And I think most Brewers fans of a certain age have a level of respect for Sandberg.

I  have always had a high level of respect for Sandberg, as I have for all,of the stars of the game who handle themselves with class, as Sandberg did.

I’m always saddened to see a legend of the game pass, and it’s especially sad when they are younger than I am.

Seriously, just a bad managerial decision to go with Yoho in a game of this magnitude.

I don't dislike Murphy, I really don't, I just think he makes really bad choices at really bad times.

Murph pretty much cleaned out the bullpen tonight.

During the 1981 winter meetings Sandberg almost became a Brewer per Daniel Okrent in his book “Nine Innings.” Harry Dalton was offered Sandberg in 3 for 1 deal with the Phillies for Mike Caldwell, however Harry wanted to replace Sandberg with Julio Franco in the trade and the Phillies turned him down.
This is definitely my favorite all time Brewer book about the ‘82 season.

They have something like 18 games in 19 days. They need everyone.

I was at the game.  Pretty much zero trolling from the Chicago/Cubs fans.  It has been asked for years how to stop the trolling and the answer was "simple, just beat the Cubs".  The last couple of years now has shown that is the answer.

I guess that's what happens when your starter has trouble even going 4 innings. Then Yoho can't even pitch one inning but we won. Hopefully we can get to Collin Rea early and often tonight.

Murphy said he hopes Hasse clears waivers and they could bring him up again for the playoffs like they did last year.  He does care about his players more than most think.
