Based on how Murphy reacts to Ortiz I can speculate he is not happy with him.  I think he tolerates him.  He’s got a low WAR and the data shows he’s average defensively.   I’ve defended him in the past that his struggles are not indicative of his ability but the numbers don’t lie.
