What does NASCAR have to do with the Brewers (or Wisconsin sports) other than the cars have numbers on them? I honestly couldn’t name a single current driver..

For #40, we have none other than Ben Hendrickson ... whose very own father was once a semi-regular poster here. Until Ben started faltering, which caused him to go full-on Daddy-Bear.

Feel free to add photos of Brad Nelson, Scott Linebrink, or even Ken Macha. I’m going with one of the greatest 2.3 WAR seasons a non-closer has ever had for the Brewers (relief pitcher category).

Ah yes, Ben Hendrickson. Man he put up some awesome minor league numbers, we all thought he would join Sheets and Gallardo in the rotation...but man he couldn't do it in the MLB. Can't remember why. Think he didn't throw that hard, only had 2 pitches maybe. 

Chad Fox was a great late innings bullpen guy. Did he ever become a closer somewhere? He was our setup guy right? Guessing mid 2000s?

Chad Fox was in Milwaukee from 1998 to 2002. He was never healthy enough to become a closer. Six career saves.

2001 was his breakout year for the Brewers.

Well, it's at least a little bit clever to find a song that mentions a number in the 40s (and I've heard of Dave Matthews and U2...).

If you're going to post pictures of random things with numbers on them, why not post pics of a house's address, or highway signs?
