Sure feels like we're going to be shut out doesn't it.

Which sucks...because giving up 3 runs should net you a win, even in the playoffs.

This offense turtling on the road is no fun

...and lose Saturday, go 0-162 next season, and move the franchise to San Antonio.

He had an OPS exactly the same in the leadoff spot in September than he did the rest of the month. But you do you.

Forget about Yelich for a minute.

You had a lineup that averaged 8 runs per game the first two games.

Why would you go into Game 3 thinking that you needed to shake it up?

Can you give me any reasonable explanation for that?

And also, why do you bat him leadoff against the lefty. Yes, you're expecting a pitching change.. but then you just put yourself in a position where the bunt allowed Counsell to use the lefty one last time against Yelich. It didn't make sense when the lineups dropped and it doesn't make sense now.

Not only did he shake it up but he played two new guys and picked the lineup out of a hat. Very strange

A different handed starting pitcher.

And we have 0 runs after 6 innings, and this isn’t a “hindsight is 20/20” situation.

First RH starter they’d faced. Have zero explanation for going back to it tonight.

Boyd is a left handed pitcher.

Its not the right reason...but it was to get Bauers in the lineup since a righty was starting.

There isn’t one.  And Murphy screwed his team even more by bunting Lockridge and not bunting Turang.  If they do go on to lose the series that will be a major reason why.

It’s quite literally the same pitcher you went up against in Game 1 and scored 9 runs with your Game 1 lineup.

Durbin has had a poor series to say the least

The whole team has. Who has been outstanding? Not Frelick that's for sure.
