I’m hoping that a heathy Turang, Chourio and Vaughan can juice up this lineup starting tomorrow.

22 homers so far is no bueno. 28th in HR and SLG is not good

"Go ahead. Try to disagree with me. I dare you." Jeffrey Leonard.

Lol there top 3 hitters will be back this month

Ahh a couple guys hitting 260. That's not going to be enough I don't think. Fully healthy this is the 4th best lineup in the division and it's close to 5th.

Couple guys hitting 260 😂 buddy brought up batting average like its even a relevant stat in 2026 😂😂 besides vaughn hit over 300 for us last year chourio has never hit 260 for a season and Yelich's floor might be 260 but keep flapping you're stupid mouth 😂

The only 2 runs scored by the Brewers today were the result of a SF and a groundout. Probably 99% of games played are losses with a similar offense.

I'm not your buddy. Look me up. You can shut it for me.

In addition to the returnees, it's time to look at Leonard and Lara, and Jett and Pratt are coming on strong lately.  OBPs below .260 with no power isn't going to cut it, and we're carrying four of them.  Lockridge and Hamilton also have no power, but they're at least getting on base.

Chourio will most likely not be back tomorrow now until they see how his ankle recovers from the shot it took last night.

I did not realize until they said it on the telecast today that the Brewers only have 3 HRs in road games.

I get that Murphy doesn't have a ton of options but when I found out Turang couldn't play I would have told Black grab a glove and do what you can. You just can't have Hamilton and Ortiz in thesame lineup. If at all possible.

They're top 5 in baseball in runs per game without arguably their 3 best power hitters....

And your conclusion is that they're the worst offense in the division?

The Brewers completed the relatively soft part of a difficult stretch of 6 weeks outscoring their opponents 66-40.

Unfortunately, 38 of those 66 runs came in 3 games, and 28 runs in the other 9 games was only enough to produce 3 wins.

Now the schedule gets really tough with 6 of the next 7 series against teams that are all at least 6 games over .500.

And they all played today.

Rengifo .186
Perkins .109
Ortiz  .181
Frelick .208
Jones .095
Sanchez .211

Just terrible. What would one expect with Daniel Vogelbach as hitting coach.

Nearly grabbed a sweep despite a pretty woeful offensive performance yesterday and today.

As others have said elsewhere, it's hard to be too broken up about this start given the roster's obvious holes. Sure, it'd be nice to have wracked up a few more wins against some pretty soft competition, but I'm a big believer in the "not who but when" baseball schedule philosophy.

I certainly don't expect the Cardinals, Reds, and Pirates to all keep up this pace. Heck, I don't expect the Cubs to keep up this pace either. I'd say we're probably underdogs in the Central, but that's the way it's supposed to be. And the Cubs came out on fire last year, too.

The roster is only going to get better from here. Saint Louis has a good staff to get healthy against offensively. Let's get a winning road trip.

SHG..... Stuff Happens Game.

Go getum next time.

Something to think about:  Daniel Vogelbach hired as a hitting coach for the Milwaukee Brewers has no clue how to be a hitting coach.

Who's lineup would you take Brewers over in the division? Everyone fully healthy given what we have seen so far? I'm taking Everyone beside maybe Cardinals but with Walker hitting like this I might give them a slight edge. You can't have 3-4 near auto outs.

Take away 3 games and they are barely mid pack.

I'd take a fully healthy Brewers lineup over everyone but the Cubs.

Really? Reds? Those teams are more complete 1-9. Unless Ortiz and Rengifo are being replaced we can't say that. Chourio takes care of left but I am not ready to say Vaughn is the answer until we see him. Hopefully he is the same guy but wrist injuries are tough.

The Reds easily have the worst lineup in the division. Outside of like 3 hitters their lineup is horrible.
