The comment fields for individual players don’t seem to work on my phone, so I’ll say my piece here.

I may be overreacting to Lara’s great start, but it looks too broad not to be a breakout. What he’s doing at 21 in AAA is exceptional.

Speaking of age for level, I’ve been higher than most people on Payne for a long time. He’s 19 and flashing incredible tools in high A. Adamczewski and Dinges are better players right now, but not by much, and Payne has a longer runway.

I’m having a hard time believing in any of our lower-level pitchers right now.  At the other extreme, I’m putting a lot of stock in pitchers who are still prospect eligible and have already showed they can get major league hitters out.

As long as he watches his diet, his bat will force some excellent decisions soon-ish.
  2. Luis Pena
    Hope he is 100% alright.
  3. Bishop Letson
Lacks nuance now, but the arm plays into the top 100 soon.
  4. Logan Henderson
Should be off this list already. Successful MLB starter right now.
  5. Cooper Pratt
Has to figure out how to hit RHP but will be up soon.
  6. Andrew Fischer
This is my pick to force his way into the lineup in Milwaukee some way, somehow. Just mashes everywhere.
  7. Josh Adamczewski
    Just mashes everywhere.
  8. Jeferson Quero
Until he is 100% back from throwing arm injury, he will not be anything more than a #2 catcher.
  9. Marco Dinges
Just mashes everywhere BUT can he catch & throw well? If so, then he will fly up this chart...if not then we have another 1B/DH/LF
  10. Braylon Payne
Really doing well this year and at a younger age too.
  11. Jett Williams
Too small and cannot hit righties...yet. I am lower on him because we have a better version in CPratt. Might be in the OF and do enough to stay for a while.
  12. Blake Burke
    Just mashes everything.
  13. Shane Drohan
This year will be the one that settles him in a Brewer uniform for a long time.
  14. Dylan O'Rae
A hitter, that with Fisher, could disrupt other's timelines and insert himself sooner rather than later.
  15. JD Thompson
Vandy lefty with draft capital and a pathway to move up quickly.
  16. Luis Lara
Gold glove-ish? Some pop now? Can play D all over...we will see. Too small and lacks pop to be any higher.
  17. Josh Knoth
I still think he can spin it and stay healthy.
  18. Manuel Rodriguez
I still believe he can get guys out.
  19. Jacob Morrison
I have heard good things and has the size and draft capital to show something.
  20. Craig Yoho
I will blame nerves last year for the untimely walks that moved him into the doghouse. Stuff is too good not to be called up this year and then stay.

Ebel is too far out to be here; Boeve is closer and he needs a full year off of the IL. Hardin and Kuehner could join Crow in moving up here soon. Gasser needs to find his way back to having MLB stuff. Black is getting some time on the MLB club but almost as a last resort. Wilken and Luke "HBP" Adams' blooms have wilted.

When I am too high on a player, I hope I am right. When I am too low on a player, I hope I am wrong.
