I'll be honest, I forgot about Henderson. He does need to show the ability to stay healthy but has looked like a potential solid 3 at least.

Rom has 5 years of team control and 2 option years remaining.

Guy just needs to stay healthy. He hasn’t stayed consistently healthy since the Brewers drafted him.

I think it’s fair to say “we have the rotation” if you’re assuming a healthy back end of Henderson, Woodruff and Priester.

Unfortunately that has not been the case and I think if we can have 2 out of 3 of those healthy in September it will be a victory.

Really only need three starters in the playoffs anyway so if one is available we are good to go.

We really shouldn’t trade for meaningful left side of the infield help. It’s like buying yourself a present in November before Christmas with Pratt, Williams, etc on the door step.

Plus, who is the left side of the infield needle mover we could get for just a half season?
