Curious who MLB pipeline adds to the Brewers top 30 prospects once Logan Henderson graduates tonight

I'd go Juan Martinez or Dylan O'Rae personally.

Yoho, Crow, Pratt, and Lara should all be graduating before the season is over too (plus whoever gets moved at the deadline) which will open up some more spots for 2026 Draftees plus maybe some guys like Jaron DeBerry, Cameron Wagner, Braylon Owens, Ricki Moneys, Angeni Fernandez, Leander Matos, etc. who are currently outside of the MLB Top 30.

Good call on Boeve, he was #5 on their archived 2025 Top 30 so could see him getting added back on.

RHP Jaron DeBerry (4.24 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, 9.4 K/9 in 76.1 IP) goes for his 7th win of the season, as AA Biloxi aim to claw back from a 2-0 series deficit at Knoxville. 3B Mike Boeve (.803 OPS in 320 PAs) has hit safely in 18 of his last 20 games.

Red hot 21-year old LHP Wande Torres (18.2 IP, 3 R (2 ER), 21 Ks) leads High-A Wisconsin as they seek a 2-1 home series lead over Beloit. CF Braylon Payne (.968 OPS in 237 PAs) has hit safely in 16 of his last 18 games.

All I know is something tells me RHP Jose Nova will not get the call. I still contend, like Yerlin (though, Nova certainly doesn't have the high-leverage raw tools of Yerlin), IF he ever actually consistently controlled his arsenal he'd be a real relief prospect. As is, that 3.53 High-A WHIP at 24 years old is, umm, a hard pill to swallow. 😪

The Low-A Warbirds can push ahead to a 3-0 home series lead over Fayetteville behind LHP Andrew Healy (5.57 ERA, 1.74 WHIP, 8.8 K/9 in 42 IP) tonight. LF Handelfry Encarnacion (.818 OPS in 373 PAs) has a 15-game on-base streak.

26-year old RHP Lyon Richardson gets the start on short rest (50 pitches 4 days ago) for AAA Nashville as they strive to take a 2-1 series lead at Charlotte. LF Tyler Black has an 18-game on-base streak.

I would guess Moneys, Matos or DeBerry, in that order.

Jaron DeBerry folks. Might be worth tuning in tonight.

Pretty nice pitching line for DeBerry. Who has the starting pitching line of the night - him or Wande Torres?

And Made and Pena with good nights tonight.  Fischer though a couple more Ks and his K rate rises again.  Man I wish he could cut that down in the second half.

Torres’ last 4 starts: 25 2/3 innings, 2 earned runs, 29 strikeouts, 1 walk.

Another Frank Cairone outing. 1.2 IP. Walked a couple of batters and then was lifted and the next batter hits a HR. So 2ER for Cairone’s ledger with 2BB, 0H, and 2K. Just amazing that he is pitching. Per gameday his max velocity was ~90.x mph.

Ragsdale with a HR to pad Biloxi’s lead.  But Fischer with his 3rd K.  Man I love his interviews, and his confidence and knowledge but he could be the next Lewis Brunson if he can’t get the Ks down (not in style of play but as a top prospect for a couple of years but struggling in the big show).

For all the Dickinson doubters (I 'might' be One? I tend not to be), this is essentially approaching the year mark from his NCAA post-season hamate injury. It could just be he is finally getting healthy? 🕵️‍♂️

He could but we were all still wondering this offseason how Mitchell could keep up his rate stats with the high K rate. He's almost certainly a big win or a complete flameout.

Meneses keeps it interesting. Gives up a couple of runs and has the bases loaded on some tough luck “hits” (I didn’t watch but sounds like could have been outs but due to where it was hit or where the IF were positioned).  But then gets the K looking. Hits 96 on a fastball.

Wagoner on in Knoxville. Gets 2 Ks then allows a single to right. He hit 99 mph on a strike . And gets the last guy swinging.  Big win. 11-2

Bat speed appears to be picking up. Dark horse 2nd half candidate finally getting healthy? Dunno but this may be his best swing all season:
