What does that mean? Who of our players would we expect to have comparable stats to the regular season and which who would we expect to be better or worse?

It means our no power put the ball in play style works against teams that don't have good pitching or defense but in the playoffs you're not really facing those kinds of teams and you need power to take advantage of the chances you do get.

Absolutely stupid move.

Just go ahead and send Lara down until you’re willing to actually let him hit in a big situation and not pull him to burn Vaughn with no platoon advantage.

That was an odd decision but I like this Bauers matchup.

Bauers hasn’t been worth a crap in a month. He won’t do anything here.

Using Vaughn there makes 0 sense. And they need to think about giving Bauers a day or two off. He has been terrible for a while now. He needs a break and a reset.

Yikes. Totally don't understand using Vaughn there at all. Lara needs some chances to see what he can do in clutch moments. Let him try to drive in those runs.

Murphy once again outsmarting himself. I hate to lose Lara in this game. Disappointed is not a strong enough word to express what I feel with our manager’s “in game” decision making. That was brutal.

I get it, but I have yet to see concrete examples of where we should make tradeoffs to accomplish this.

In my opinion you need your role players to get hot, we've seen that over and over again. I don't think a particular profile of role player is better suited for the postseason.

Absolutely a brutally managed half inning by Murph.

What the hell is Murphy doing to Lara? Just horrible.

Making moves because he can make moves.

He's a horrible gametime decision maker, and I will die on that hill.

I just don't get the Grant Anderson love. Why is Grant Anderson used in these situations? He's not the answer. I know your options are limited but you just had an off day.

He's used because we're not likely to win in this situation.
