wSB pretty much does that. It has Burke at 1.6 runs above average this year. That is 12th best in our system this year (minimum 100 PA). O'Rae at 4.3 and Ebel at 4.1 lead the way and Andrew Fischer at -3.4 brings up the rear

But we are looking at catcher stats and not runner. Quero specifically.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Oh yeah Quero's numbers are quite bad.

Quero - 93 SB, 16 CS for a 16% CS at a .245 SB per inning rate

Rodriguez - 31 SB, 5 CS for a 14% CS at a .111 SB per inning rate

Miller - 16 SB, 5 CS for a 24% CS at a .123 SB per inning rate

Nava - 9 SB, 6 CS for a 40% CS at a .090 SB per inning rate

International League - 2447 SB, 682 CS for a 21.8% CS at a .139 SB per inning rate

Obviously there's additional context like what teams you're facing and who is pitching but teams ran wild with Quero at C this year both in terms of success rate and overall rate of stealing even compared to his own teammates.
