I'm not. I've already accepted the fact that I will not witness a World Series championship in my lifetime. Teams like the Brewers don't win championships in this day and age.

It’s possible for us to win, we but actually have to “go for it”, which means risking some of our future.

i firmly believe that we need a new & better in-game manager to make this happen.

what sucks though is that top bats rarely get traded at the deadline.  We need to get some established bats in offseason.

Again they have won 1 more game than us in the last ten, it's not markedly better. 40 games ago you would have been right to say the the Red Sox were trending for 100 losses and now we are where we are. Everyone needs to take a damn breath.

No one more so than those telling others to calm down/take a breath/relax.

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

Go be a fan of someone else then.

Sorry, but I'm not a bandwagon fan.

I'd rather be realistically pessimistic than a blind optimist but you do you

I’d love to be more optimistic.  I really would.  But this season will end the same way every other season does.  They refuse to go for it.

Cool.  Hang another division banner since that’s what they’re playing for.

Tied up.

There is still currently a higher chance tonight of the division lead going back up to 5.5 than there is of it going down to 3.5.

We probably won't make the playoffs, don't be fooled by the winning or the track record.

Dodgers lost 6 straight games. They must suck and should be panicking right now

I guess the one tiny chance to win is if we get this supposedly great farm system to gel quickly before all our best players head for the Dodgers and Yankees and we're back in rebuilding mode again.

Jett pulled from Nashville's game.  Looks like they're planning for an Ortiz IL trip.

He’s not on the 40 I don’t believe. So a move would have to be made unless there’s space.
