Except that there's also the 'y-' which the key says:
y – clinched division

So according to BR, the Brewers both have an have not clinched the division.  A Schrodinger's division championship situation.  But in reality, Cubs will not win the division no matter what.

Come on, I want to celebrate too but with added joy, when the Cubs can't even win as many games as the Brewers.  

Believe me, when this is past, I will be loving that TIE-BREAKER with the Dodgers.  That countdown should be brilliant.
