Are the Brewers in violation of MLB's anti-bullying policy?

The MLB's anti-bullying policy clearly states:

Quote

Players may not engage in a pattern of verbal or physical conduct that is designed to demean, disgrace, or cause mental or
physical harm to a member of his Club (including non-playing personnel).

I wonder if this also extends to members of other clubs.

If not, will this be added to the growing docket of agenda items in this season's CBA discussions? I wonder if this will make the lockout even longer...

To be fair it would have been a gesture of sportsmanship if the fans had thrown the ball inadvertently thrown into the stands back on the field.

You joke, but thinking about this in Brewers "optimization" terms, you ideally want to achieve your desired playoff spot by exactly 1 game.

Finishing with a 5-10 game lead means you wasted opportunities to rest and conserve energy for the postseason.

In reality you need a cushion because you can't anticipate the future, but it's understandable why load management becomes a thing as soon as you have a comfortable lead, even if it makes the fans queasy when the competition starts narrowing the gap.

Finishing with a 5-10 game lead allows you to rest everyone the last week and get your rotation lined up. I don’t think it’s wasted effort.

I’m not saying it is the biggest issue on earth or that I really care, but they really should just ban pitchers from pitching.

Ah, professional T-Ball, at least the IGT would not complain about the offense.  Why not there is professional pillow fighting on ESPN.
