Gross… just when I get on a roll giving compliments to Pancakes, he submits this lineup.

i guess I don’t have an issue with the Hamilton/Pratt swap, but playing Yelich instead of giving Jackson, Jake, or Bill a day off in the field is annoying.

Sunday lineup.

Isn’t the point of the Sunday lineup to give some of your key guys a day off (either in the field at DH or all together)

throw Sanchez at Catcher, and Bill at DH, and this lineup becomes much stronger.  Yelich has flat out been owned by this Braves pitcher.

Handling the end of franchise type players careers has to be one of the trickier tasks for managers. It would be easier if the players recognized their diminished skills and put the team first but I am sure players that were once at the pinnacle of their sport have an extremely difficult time doing that.

I still remember how the end of Cecil Cooper's career played out. Not pretty.

With Naylor on the bench tonight, it really would have made some sense to have both Wild Bill and El Gary in the lineup, but it is a tiny bit risky (i.e. if the C has to leave the game, you lose the DH and the P has to hit). Eh, hardly ever happens, but that's generally why teams don't DH the backup C.

Can espn please mute the mic that is picking up the darn grunting from Mahle! Gonna be fun listening to that for the first few innings!

Oh good.  Now we've reached the 2nd inning where we need split screen interviews.  Fire this "experience" into the sun.

Glad we lost a home game for this stupid game.

Do you like anything fun or do you have to constantly complain

I'm shocked players even choose to do these in game interviews. I would hope most players tell ESPN to kick rocks.

In game interviews are an insult to the integrity of the game. Now, having a kid asking questions… asinine

Not retiring Albies on a routine groundball is really coming back to hurt.

Yeah.  That needed to be an out
