He’s only 21. Lots of room for growth. I do question if his bat can play as an everyday outfielder. If he plays center than I think his bat can play. The corner spots need some power.

There isn't really a reason for him to pitch on the road in October though if they hang on to #1 or likely #2. He isn't going to start a game 3 or 4. Maybe a Game 5 if you're down 3-1, but eh. He'd be back at home in 6 or 7.

Just glad Miz looked well. I wasn't really worried about it but just to have it verified. Didn't want to see another September meltdown in the staff.

My guess is they wanted Patrick to come in so he could face 3 batters before he gets to Crow and then can bring in a lefty.
