Frelick’s bat plays at 3B but with some caveats
short term, yes, because the bar is low on this team at the moment, and only if his defense isn’t so bad that it’s a deal breaker
long term, maybe, but you have to project him as a hitter more like his MiLB numbers (high avg/obp and doubles) and some combination of good defense and/or a bit of growth in power
i would not be shocked if he was able to grow into above average defense there and adequate hitting if the organization chose to go that route, over the course of a few years
