  1. The Braves just played better baseball tonight. Their LF makes the play and ours doesn't. Turang doesn't advance to 2B on the throw home. William not in the right spot telling Chourio how to slide. Just not Brewers baseball right there.
  2. The difference in this game is literally a not good throw from our LF and a great throw from their LF
  3. That absolutely was going to. Their was a huge hole up the middle.
  4. Literally everything going Atlanta's way tonight lmao
  5. They would have a lot more than 2 runs if that was the case. Just Uribe leaving a sinker up in the zone yet again
  6. Their LF making the play and our LF not making the play is why it's 2-1 Braves not Brewers. Braves have played the cleaner game.
  7. Yelich late on a FB in the zone in a 2-1 count. This just isn't the Yeli we are used to watching
  8. Yeah I think Ortiz does get the out there. Pratt seemed a bit slow to react and didn't attack the ball as quickly as Ortiz typically does
  9. How about the Brewers pick Misiorowski up tonight after he's carred them the last two months
  10. Feel like Joey makes that play. Pratt seemed a bit slow to react and come in on that one
  11. I made this joke so many times back in 2021 and 2022 haha
  12. Contreras is generally pretty good at challenging but the one pitch he needs to stop challenging is that bottom of the zone breaking ball. He's shown to not have a good feel for those.
  13. Misiorowski might get touched up if he doesn't start locating the FB better. He's leaving a lot of these down in the zone where it's a lot easier to get the barrel to
  14. That's just really bad from William. 2-0 bases loaded with 2 outs and you chase a FB well above the zone
  15. Let's hope Turang hitting 3rd against a LHP doesn't come back to hurt us here
  16. That's pitiful from the ump. Needs to be way better.
  17. Misiorowski needs to get his FB up. Leaving them all down today.
  18. Riley plays very deep and towards the line. Tough to beat him down the line
  19. I do not remotely understand why Turang is still hitting in the top third of the order against LHP
  20. I haven't been watching much of Biloxi mostly becuase I think the production quality in the Southern League is pretty horrible compared to the rest of MiLB. I have the game on today and it's nearly unwatchable with how poorly synced the camera angles and audio are. I know the Brewers don't own the Shuckers like they do Wilson but I wish they would do something to get the production quality at a suitable level.
  21. Starting every game against a LHP is maybe 1-2 starts on a normal week. Brewers this week are facing 4 LHP in a span of 6 games so yes it will be more this week. Through the first 18 days of June it was 16 games and 18 PA. That's nowhere near enough playing time to call up a prospect and no taking playing time away from Chourio and Mitchell is not a solution to get Lara more playing time because that just hurts the Brewers.
  22. He had some bad luck in that stretch as well. Since he was recalled on 5/9 he has a .280 wOBA compared to a .330 xwOBA.
  23. Perkins has 36 PA since he was recalled for Lockridge on 5/9. In June he has 18 PA. He is hardly playing.
  24. Over the last two postseasons Perkins is one of 4 Brewers players to have a wRC+ over 100. It's genuinely insane how much abuse a 4th/5th OF gets from fans
  25. 91 wRC+ against LHP is fine for a glove first weak side platoon guy. He's been playing great this month as well with a 205 wRC+ and .389 xwOBA. You'd think him going 2-3 with a 2B and HR off Sanchez last week would get some people off his back for a bit but I guess not.
