I was on I-94 after leaving a game. There was a truck next to me. I looked over, and in the truck was Chad Moeller - smoking a cigarette. No lie.

That is fantastic. What a throwback.

I remember seeing Dave Nilsson at Omega on HWY 100 (I think it's gone though now?). Anyway, it was during the strike and my old man walked up to him and said, "hope you guys get back to work soon." I'm sure that's exactly what Dave wanted to hear over his pancakes and eggs that morning.

Saw Turnbow and family at the Original Pancake House last year, fairly early in the season. Drove some kind of nice SUV, don't recall the model, but it was that pearl/gray color.

Also saw Jamey Wright and Richie Sexson at the old O'Danny's on Water St after a Brewers win against the Astros a few years back.
Saw Geoff Jenkins at the old 1225 on Water St. hitting on co-eds at the bar. I remember him being really short - looked like a complete tool.

The one on Downer, I suppose? (not Bluemound)

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

That wasn't all that uncommon for Jenkins. I have some friends who have met him at parties and stuff. The stories wouldn't be appropriate here, but Jenkins had a thing for the co-eds.

Last year on Bill Hall's bobble day, my cousin partied in the parking lot for awhile waiting for the lines to go down. He hit up KFC on Hwy 100 on the way home for food and right behind him, in walks Bill. He ran out to the car and got the bobble signed.

Yeah I have heard quite a few Jenkins stories through the years. Even know a guy who is dating a girl that dated Geoff for awhile. When they first met, she didn't even know who he was and he dropped the "I'm Geoff Jenkins, I play for the Brewers" line.

I saw Jenkins in his European made sports car, with a single scoop of ice cream in his hand waiting to turn left at a stop light near the Brookfield Kopp's Frozen Custard. I was at the light first in the far most left hand lane and then he pulled up next to me. I said to my wife sitting in the backseat with my infant son, hey, that is Geoff Jenkins over there. He promptly rolled up his darkened window on his car.

I've also heard some Jenkins stories. I've heard there is one thing in particular he likes but I don't think it'd be appropriate to discuss here but it's been confirmed by two different people.
This is Jack Burton in the Pork Chop Express, and I'm talkin' to whoever's listenin' out there.

This thread is starting to sound like "I know something you don't know but I can't say it cause it's naughty."

If I had Braun's pee in my fridge I'd tell everybody.

....since we're all getting wild n crazy, I once spoke to a ex-Brewer on the telephone during a radio show.

Does that count?

Jenkins used to live at the Einstein Bagles/Starbucks in Brookfield. I see Sheets tooling around Brookfield quite a bit.

Gyros?

Don't torture me with such deliciousness, Brian!

Speaking of Jenkins, he used to date my parents' next door neighbor. Needless to say, the lady's now-hubby is not terribly thrilled to hear Jenkins stories...

Man, I'm starting to question who hasn't Jenkins "dated". He sounds kind of like Milwaukee's version of Wade Boggs.

Well, he hasn't dated me, for starters.

I bet Jenkins' "legend" has to do a bit with his resemblance to one Brett Favre...

One of my friends that is a pretty good looking girl had "dinner" with Bill Hall. I mean I didn't witness or anything but she claims it to be fact, and she's a straight shooter.

One afternoon I decided to go play a quick round out at Silver Spring Country Club. I was a solo and ended up catching a 3 some in front of me on the 4th hole. There was a back up so they asked if I would like to join them. Ended up being Matt Kinney, his father and his dad's buddy. He drank about a budweiser a hole and got him to sign my scorecard at the end of the round. As we were leaving the dad joked what you don't want my autograph........Kinney not that bad of a golfer, probably shot low 80's.

A girl I went to college with had an internship with the Brewers three summers ago. She bragged to have "relations" with Bill Hall one night that summer. I dated her that next winter, so I can say I have something in common with Bill Hall.
