I had this great dream last night. I took a look at the morning paper and in the sports section, it mentioned that Chad Moeller was DFA'ed. Unfortunately, I woke up and it wasn't true.

Looks like Capellan is up in the pen. A bit suprising after working more than an inning yesterday. I would have Shouse warming up if anyone gets on to face Pierre and Walker though. Oh and Moeller is terrible.

Ok, I've never ripped on Moeller because I know that catchers are hard to come by in MLB right now period. But seriously...enough is enough. I hate day games just because I know Chad will be in there. Time for a change Doug, I'm officially on the bring up Mike Rivera bandwagon...honestly, could he possibly be worse?

will moeller ever be pinch hit for in a potential game changing situation?

 

at the begining of the year yost said they needed to do the little things to win a game or two more per month, one of those little things is pinch hitting for your back up catcher with the bases loaded, one out, top of seven on the road with a full bench of more capable hitters at your disposal.

Boy, that double play by Moeller just got much bigger with the Jenkins misplay in RF.
