7-2, 2.95

Marcum lasted just three innings in his last outing while working his way back from a strained left hip flexor injury. He said the last outing was a step in the right direction and that he should be good to go.

Part of me would settle for a non-embarrassing outing. Let's go, Brewers. I will pay attention from the T-Rats game at MP tonight.
Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

That's about the best lineup the Brewers can put out there right now, hopefully it translates into some runs.
I dunno....could be starting another lefty, Counsell, at 3B and Wilson at ss.......

I hereby dub this game "Mulligan."
You know that feeling in the air when it's about to thunderstorm, but the sun's still shining, and the wind hasn't picked up yet? That's how I feel about this game. Burnett's not been so hot for the past season and a half, and Marcum has been really good this season, particularly on the road, but this feels like it'll be 10-1 Yankees before the third inning starts.

Yeah, this site is messed up and slow today.
Given the events of last night, perhaps it's for the best. Let everyone get away and regain their sanity.

Wow, I thought that was a double off Gamel's bat, instead it's a DP.

I like what I see from Gamel. No excuse for Hart to get doubled off there, he probably scores anyway even if he waits at second base.

Yuku switched us over to a new server last night. They appear to be incapable of doing any type of maintenance without having problems.

I just saw the Gamel/Hart DP and I see what people were saying last night about Gamel's bat speed. Pretty impressive.
