2011-08-02 Cardinals (Garcia) at Brewers (Marcum) [Brewers lose, 8-7, 11 innings]

[endaround]

So can McGehee bunt?

[Mr QL]

Where is McClung when you need him?

[wisconsinfan47]

Remember when Tony baited Yost into retaliating and we blew a game down the stretch in 07? Hopefully RR is smarter than that

[Schlitz001]

Run expectancy for runners on 1st and 2nd with 0 outs = 1.476.

[craigharmann]

Alright boys.....time to score some runs and blow this game OPEN!!!!!!!! LET'S GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[theavrock]

I'd really love to hear what the conversations were between Braun and Pujols and Fielder and Pujols

Ageed. Braun was looking very chummy with him. Kind of odd.

[YoGasKpose]

Casey is ready to lay one down.

[Glennron]

Sadly, the national media will let the Cardinals continue to get away with this garbage.

However, I remember Yost "getting even" against the Phillies I think, and it ended up costing the Brewers. If he wants to put the leadoff runner on in a crucial inning, fine. Leadoff runners score 50% of the time. Throw away the game for the sake of tradition.

I'm like 99% sure that was the Cardinals it was against. Yost got completely outplayed in a September 07 game when the Brewers were still in contention.

[GamelToe]

McGehee is completely useless.

[endaround]

So can McGehee bunt?

No he can't

[FVBrewerFan]

Cmon RR really?

[theavrock]

Casey McGehee: Not even able to get the sac bunt down....

[theavrock]

Come on Casey. Take one for the team.

[Glennron]

McGehee almost hit in the head, let's throw at their 8th best starter!

[TwinsBrewersWorldSeries]

the crowd really getting into it on the inside pitch to casey. let's go crowd, make some noise! Go Casey Go!

[hurricanecrush]

Casey is going yard here.

[YoGasKpose]

Pretty good AB so far, Casey. Finish it off!

[milwaukeesportsfan]

It was the Cardinals game in 2007. I was there. We basically gave up any shot at the postseason just to get even.

[craigharmann]

the crowd really getting into it on the inside pitch to casey. let's go crowd, make some noise! Go Casey Go!

They've definitely gotten loud!!! Love it!!!!!!!!!!!

[endaround]

McGehee following Fielder is just setting up a GIDP

[Raw Biz]

Amazing!!!

edit: because McGehee should've grounded into a DP but the pitcher bailed him out.

[hurricanecrush]

Casey is going yard here.

That'll do...

[wOOgiE22]

Come on Yuni B!!!!!!!!

[GB12]

Well that was lucky, but I'll take it.

[brewerjamie15]

Renike should have charged LaRussa and sucker punched him.
