Sadly, the national media will let the Cardinals continue to get away with this garbage.

 

However, I remember Yost "getting even" against the Phillies I think, and it ended up costing the Brewers. If he wants to put the leadoff runner on in a crucial inning, fine. Leadoff runners score 50% of the time. Throw away the game for the sake of tradition.

I'm like 99% sure that was the Cardinals it was against. Yost got completely outplayed in a September 07 game when the Brewers were still in contention.
